The staff was very communicative & helpful. Their responsive time was great & they were very clear on delivery dates & shipments. We were getting glow sticks for a school dance and they were a hit! We ordered 1000 and the vast majority of the glow sticks worked perfectly but we probably had about 20 sticks that only some of the lights were flashing. Overall I was very happy with the service from the company, they work hard to make sure we were satisfied & I would order from them again.
